“I have always used bargain kits which to be honest I\'ll continue to use but this kit produces a wine which you can really taste the difference. It\'s not much more complicated and does not require any additional sugar. It\'s worth leaving for a few weeks after bottling to get a really quality wine which tastes like a sav Blanchard that woul set you back £10 in the supermarket”
