“The wine was not a full bodied wine like I'm used to with the Shiraz. It is very drinkable, but the flavor was quite subtle. Easy to make as all of the wines.”

“This has been a good kit. The whole process went like clockwork with about 12 bottles being filled and the remaining wine being put into a reusable 20L bag/box. Will be ordering again.”

“I usually make the Cabernet Sauvignon or Merlot Premium kit which are both very nice wines, however made this for a change to find it has a little more body and a lovely fruity taste. Would definitely recommend this wine kit - its makes a stunning wine.”

“It was my first 7 day wine making experience - havent ever made wine before...and followed everything to the T and the only thing I didnt like was the smell. It was very berryish or something. But once it had been racked twice and left in its big tub - we drank from it freely. It tasted really good - very drinkable...even gave it to a few friends who agreed - so was a surprise as the smell was not equal to the taste. Then I bottled two and did a bottle in a demi-john. After a few days in the plastic bucket it started tasting a bit like stale water - but I think it was getting closer to the bottom muck. Anyway we drank from the demi-john then and it was really lovely. The smell was even gone. So my advice is to rack a few times and then bottle!”
