“Excellent kit producing a wine with much more character than the cheaper "add your own sugar" kits. Leave the wine for a month or two after bottling (if you can) for best results.”

“After four weeks conditioning in a plastic carboy, then filtering with a Buon Vino mini jet, then leaving for another two weeks (by which time my tongue was hanging out :-), it was a really good result. Better than the £8 a bottle Supermarkets range. Being biased probably swung it that way but we are well pleased.”
