“Used together with home grown Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. (Didn’t have enough grape juice to make a gallon) So far so good, apart from violent fermentation at the beginning. Just decanted into 2nd demijohn and stabiliser added. 11% alcohol content. Tastes good, slightly too dry for my taste. Sugar to be added.”
