“This Wineworks Australian Character Merlot Red has been my 'go to' Red of choice for some time now as a smooth fruity easy to drink Red. Consistent with its taste and always ready to drink the first bottle in under 10 days (when fermented @ 23c) It clears well at room temperature within 1 to 2 days using the supplied Finings It's great value for money and Friends and family who try this Red all really like it - which is good for the wines review :-) but bad for my wine cellar stocks :-(”
