“This has been my choice bitter brew for several years after a recommendation from the brewshop owner round the corner from where I worked. Had the opportunity to try in the pub too but I thought better from home. Does like the conditioning time maybe a month in the bottle. Gets the ultimate "oooh that's good!" accolade from my wife. "Your beer" is her first choice.”

“Very easy to drink and excellent value. As others have said, leaving it to mature is difficult - solution is to make 2 batches at the same time ;)”
