“Another winner from Coopers, this beer is a very nice pale lager with a hint of lemon and lime, it's excellent for anyone who is a pub drinker with any of the pale commercial lagers. I long brew this kit at 27 LITRES and add an extra 500gm Sugar. It ferments out in 8 - 10 days @ 20c. I bottle it (500ml) with 2 carb drops per bottle, Once bottled it clears very quickly in a warm place in about 7 days. then into the fridge for a few days, this is a popular drink with all my family and friends, as is the Coopers European Lager It finishes at 5% with 27 litres and 1.5kg sugar.”
