“I unfortunately am not able to find the cinnamon and ginger in this brew, but there are plenty of fruity tones - way too much for my liking... Instructions followed properly, 23l, bottled after 14 days and asked for two weeks now. Still not clear, even though Clarity Ferm was used to reduce gluten levels.”

“i brewed this in time for xmas to 21 litres instead of the instructed 23L.I found it to be a little bit sweet, but the cinnamon ginger flavours come through nicely..for me though i think it could do with more bittering.”

“Only bottled it today, but the hydrometer sample tasted lovely, those ginger & cinnamon flavours really come through, I brewed it to 21 litres instead of 23 litres and ended up being 6.2%ABV..can't wait to have a few of these at the xmas time!”
