“This is strong dark and chocolatey and the bonus is you can adjust the additional hop content or leave it out totally if you like a sweeter stout. Liked it so much I'm on my second batch!”

“I made this in November 2019 and it has just sorted itself out in a barrel. It has become a rounded and enjoyable chocolate flavoured start.”
