“I'm really not certain what to say about this brew. I started it on 22nd April and it just keeps fermenting! I transferred it to a barrel on 13th May. Unfortunately the barrel bled from the seal on the tap when the pressure built up. I've vented the gas and it just keeps going up in pressure! Do I have a perpetual fermenting beer or what! Needless to say it keeps getting stronger so heaven knows what the alcohol content is now! Great fun!”
