“This worked out much better than I expected, I added a little bit more sugar than the instructions states to raise the SG to 1072 as following the instructions would of started at only 1060. Ten days later it finished at 990 and then cleared nicely after another 3 days. The end result is a nice medium dry wine with a lovely flavour.”
