“This is a very useful piece of equipment enabling constant and accurate temperature control for either mashing or when using as a HLT. I did have a couple of quality issues that involved a small leak and plug burnout. However the customer service from both Richard at Lovebrewing and Adrian at Electrim promptly arranged replacement and repairs with immediate turn round. This is what I like about LB is that if a problem occurs they immediately put it right.”
