These oak chips are made from genuine American Bourbon barrels that have contained actual Bourbon for a minimum of 1 year.
We recommend you add half a packet to 2 litres of spirit, and leave to infuse for 10 days as a starter. You can then experiment to get something that is just to your tatse. Vary the amounts and leave in the alcohol to create different flavours. You can also add these to any of the Stillspirits Top Shelf or Classic Bourbons to add more depth of flavour. Can be used for as long as they are adding flavour to the spirit.
This fantastic product will add further subtle flavours and depth to your bourbon of choice.
