“I love pineapple and this was the first liqueur I attempted. I made it according to the receipe, but it was so sweet, my teeth disappeared into my gums and didn’t come out again for days!! It was too sweet for me by far, so I redistilled it and put it through with fresh pineapple in basket and bag. It’s now great. When making these now, I taste as I’m mixing. I don’t like things too sweet, so I will add slowly until I get what I want. It’s good fun experimenting anyway.”
