“Having tried another mix and powder and found it too sweet, I made this one only using half the powder and the finished product at 30% and it’s lovely. While mixing and adding the powder, I enjoyed a little tasting and achieved a less sweet liqueur, but one we all love. It’s another I keep in the fridge or freezer and I will make more of this one - it’s cracking!”

“Beautiful liqueur replicating Cointreau. Can enhance it with some orange zest in the bottle, adds visual as well as flavour effects.”
