“This was the first thing I made after my extremely successful maiden voyage with the T500. Followed the instructions carefully on the bottle - adding 850ml of 40% spirit to base pack C and then adding the Amaretto flavouring - went to top up to 1.125 with water but found I had close to 1200ml. I see on the Lovebrewing description it says use 710ml of spirit (which makes more sense!) No problem - just made an extremely alcoholic Amaretto which needed watering down a little. My chief taster arrived and she was ready to sample it - absolutely loved it and said it tasted better than the Disaronno. I must admit it was exceptional and a huge hit with me. Hope you have plenty in stock as I will be placing this on my next order!”
