Still Spirits Icon Cream Liqueur Base.
This is designed specifically for the Still Spirits Irish Cream Liqueur.
The base pack gives your liqueur the right alcoholic strength and sweetness to match the commercial equivalents, and the thickeners will give your liqueur just the right viscosity to look great in the glass and give an excellent mouth feel.
Make as per mixing instructions on your Irish Cream Liqueur pouch using hot water. Made up liqueur will keep for 1 month at room temperature, 6 months in the fridge (5 days if using fresh cream). Serve over ice.
Instructions
In a mixing jug add 200ml of water and 200ml of vodka or filtered alcohol at 40% ABV.
Add Icon Cream Liqueur Base and dissolve thoroughly. Pour into a 750ml bottle, and then add contents of the pouch. Shake until dissolved and well mixed and top up with 40% ABV filtered alcohol or vodka.
