“The contents of the kit allow the user to construct flavours well beyond our sense of taste can determine. Easily allowing the replication of favourite Gin marques. The glycerine content is perhaps over recommended, however, they may depend on the destilling process. I enjoy a heavy liquorice note, rather like Beefeater, easily achieved with this kit. And that is the beauty of the contents you can develop the perfect Gin for you. The grapefruit and red berry flavours allow you to extend your pallet. An addition of other flavourings, rhubarb, peach, mandarins etc allow the user infinite recipes.”
