“Very economical to make. I had not tasted Jack Daniels for a number of years. My first encounter was in the 'States' an Amateur Radio hobby chum & myself travelled around meeting old radio friends. We purchased a bottle of 'Jack' and used to have a snifter in the evenings at our motel stopovers. My taste/nose memory found this to be very familiar, the 'Oakiness' aroma & flavour. I did not degrade it with the use of common tap water but decided to distill a few demi-johns of water to keep on hand, I am sure it was beneficial. Conclusion: Very good.”
