“I believe this is the best tasting whiskey I have ever drank. I used my own sugar mash. Single stilled. It was in a run, and this was 60% down to 30%. 16.6ml of spirit flavouring, 5ml of rape seed glycerine, and a small top up of distilled water. Great almost caramel flavour, complex. So easy made with the Air Still.”
