“If you love your dry Gin, you will love this flavouring. I have bought this Gin flavouring/essence many times over the last few months and it never fails to disappoint. As with most of these flavourings, they call for 2.25 litres of alcohol base to be mixed in with it. I use slightly less and only add 2 litres. If you also add some crushed junipers berries and some lemon zest to each bottle, you take it to a completely different level of taste. As long as Love Brewing continue to sell this flavouring I will never buy Gin from a supermarket again. Try filling the bottles up with raspberries, blackberries,or even softened rhubarb before adding the gin and alcohol. You will end up with the most perfect flavoured Gin at a fraction of the price of commercial products.”
