Love my cider usually drink henry Westons or aspalls. this was my first cider works kit, I have tried various others, this is no doubt the best I have done so far still have the oak apple and the apple to get started. just as good as some of the premium ciders but around a quarter of the price.

I made this kit for the first as a refresher after a 25 year break from Brewing and after bottling the Quality and Taste was Awesome, so I would definitely buy again and is a brilliant first time kit, so if you want something a little different with a lovely crisp taste and also refreshing then buy this Kit, I'm going to buy another tomorrow. Enjoy.

Being an all grain brewer I don't usually bother with kits of any description but as my wife and daughter are partial to flavoured ciders I thought I would give it a try and I certainly wasn't disappointed. After fermentation is over I keg mine and chill overnight to around 5°C, add a gelatine leaf which I dissolve in warm water and shake the keg well, put under gas at 25psi and leave undisturbed for 3 weeks. Then bottle half using a beer gun and keep the rest on draught, absolutely wonderful subtle flavour. Of course you can bottle in the conventional way but not having sediment in the bottles is a big plus as its nice to drink straight from the bottle.
