“Brewed this kit just after new year (2019) and was very very pleased. The aroma was amazing followed by great flavour. Perfect carbonation to although would add some extra priming sugar when using larger bottles. Definitely recommend this if you like the citra hops vibe. Also recommend the part grain kits over the easier version.”

“Easy to brew, nice aroma and flavour but it's lacking something. First part grain I've done and I will doing the IPA version next. It's only been it the bottle a week and a half mind”

“What an excellent beer this has turned out to be. The aroma is citrus with grapefruit and orange; the flavour nicely balanced between bitterness and sweetness; and a lovely mouth-feel, is also given as you drink it. Not as dry tasting as I would have expected from an American Pale when I compare with other beers I've had, but this one gives a fuller flavour. Definitely better when drunk slightly cooler (not cold). Just glorious!!”

“I'm drawing to the end of a barrel of this. The flavour has settled and it is a robust somewhat Woody flavoured brew. Having made this part grain I aim to make the all-grain American Pale Ale. Recommended.”
