“Brewed this in October, cask and bottle conditioned, so it was bottled a month before Christmas. Absolutely delicious! Good notes of cinnamon and ginger without being overpowering, nice bitter finish. It came out about 4.4% and i think it needs a bit more umph so I'll up the sugar a bit on the next one which I've just ordered! Definitely a recommendation from me.”
