“It took 3 weeks to ferment, I've bottle conditioned I in glass swing tops, it has continued to improve since bottling and now after three months is awesome and as good as many commercial double IPAs”

“Beware the yeast has a long lag time , up to 48 hours to see any action but then no stopping till complete. You can't hurt love or this brew but the wait is worth it , mine turned out a cross between ESB and a hoppy happy Brewdog offering . Best kit of this kind I have brewed , try it and review .”

“This is not a full review as this is still brewing. However with a massive 2 x 3kg bags of malt and x2 foil packed bags of hops, this is alot of good quality ingredients will keep you updated with the outcome”
