Dessies Indian Red Ale
Pours a gorgeous colour with a super white head. Bouquet of pine notes with a spicy finish. A damn fine pint!

1 x 3kg IPA Malt
1 x 650g Crystal Malt
1 x 250g Caramalt
1 x 1kg Sugar
1 x 20g Bitter Yeast
1 x 50g Summit Hops
1 x 50g Simcoe Hops
1 x 150g Priming Sugar

“Haven’t tried this yet, still waiting for it to clear. Mine isn’t red in colour if it’s supposed to be, then I must have received the wrong kit. Finished abv was about 6.8”

“Glad i didnt put all the hops in!”

“This beer is far too heavy for me and the aftertaste is actually pretty bad. I persevered with a few 1/2 pint glasses but had to give up and pour the lot down the sink. Really disappointing.”
