Four stars so far as beer only bottled yesteday. Delivered in good condition due to effective outer packaging. A good point was made that the kit instructions might differ from those purchased elsewhere though I did employ a method used previously that by using 3 litres of boiling and them making the malt mix up to 23 litres with cold water achieves the 20 degrees Centigrade required for fermentation. Looking forward to enjoying my efforts once the beer is ready!

Chinook IPA made 46 bottles of beer from the kit, It came out clear and very morish with a creamy white head.I thought there was too much hops in the kit which made a n unpleasant after taste. I have a new batch in the works now and I will only use 60% of the supplied hops.

A beautiful floral pale ale. Not too heavy and very easy to drink.

After returning to brewing recently, I can honestly say that the quality of these kits is beyond anything I have ever made before. Apart from the headaches that it induces, this is a fabulous beer. I put it in my corny keg and serve cold. Fantastic!

A lovely smooth tasting beer. Sometimes I've added additional brewing sugar - 500g to up the ABV. The 20g yeast always copes with the extra sugar.

As a 70 yr old I'm new to American hops, as I am to some Belguim beers, I think we brits stood still too long, old man bitters don't cut the mustard anymore, I recommend try these beers, its 2 hobbies make it-drink it, simple.
