A really nice dark beer with a rich and slightly bitter flavour. It has been in the barrel for nearly two weeks now and the flavour seems to be developing daily (slightly less bitter and developing more of a chocolatey flavour). Interesting beer and highly recommended.

a great beer I am very pleased with the outcome and can confirm that it improves if left bottled for about 7 weeks. I know its difficult to wait this long but the reward is well worth it.

I liked this, first ever brew, came with the starter kit. Nice taste and colour, after the first pint I said to myself I probably wouldn't order a second pint in a pub, but after 20 pints or so I was really into it! Would order again, but so many others tto try.......

Nice beer but very mild flavour, although it probably needs a little longer in the bottle
