“I'm no wine buff in any way shape or form, I just know what I like and this one of the best red wines I've made. It was a great tasting wine when new, but after being left undisturbed, maturing for 5 months in an old style glass demi-jon with a proper cork, what can I say other than 'WOW!!', it absolutely blew me away. I will certainly be making this wine again.”
