“Easy kit to use. Concentrate comes in a plastic bottle and chemicals pre and post fermenting are not complicated. Fermentation tends to be quite fast with these kits and they settle well after fermentation, even if the stirring to shift the CO2 is a bit hit and miss. Decent flavour, not too sweet, dry on the palate.”
