“This is a fabulous wine when finished and we have had a lot from you but the last couple of kits have taken over 12 days to finish and have leaked over the top of the barrel and caused a mess. Has the kit changed in any way? We will still be ordering despite the problem”

“I generally find all wine works white wine kits are very simple and straightforward to use but are all a little too dry for my taste! Easy enough to sweeten and even tweak the flavour with a little elderflower cordial. Pinot Grigio is perfectly acceptable as are all of the white wines. Hope this helps”
