“Purchased via telephone. Very helpful staff especially as I was unsure about the colours. Di pay extra for white glove service and would recommend others do so unless they have a handyman on-tap. Delivery was punctual and the chaps quickly assembled the chair and showed me how to use it. They were very efficient, pleasant and friendly. The chair is very comfortable. You are able to access several positions with minimal effort. Take some time to become familiar with the control button as they are unfamiliar in the first instance.The seating is comfortable but not unpleasantly hot. I am absolutely delighted with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone who needs a riser/recliner for any reason.”
