“no fitting instructions, poor fit arm rest bag.Was most dissappointed that the scooter I ordered was not as advertised namely battery supplied was omly 70 a/h not 96 as advertised, i would not have bought it had i been told of this serious discrepancy, furthermore the paper work was not fully completed by the importer(failed to sign import docs wih signature, only found out from Swansea after trying to register. subsequently Swanse sent me papers which i sent on to importer asking that they send on to Swansea but heard nothing did they send on as not knowing leaves me with non reg scooter.I am still going to use it but this as all incorrect.I formally therefore complain to you as suppliers. Answer required please.”
