“Went over to lincs aquatics to view the oak style 300l tank. Liked what we seen. Ordered it online as it was cheaper then in the shop. Paid for Sunday delivery. Delivery turns up. NO cabinet been packed with the tank. Even though delivery note states tank and cabinet. Delivery driver joe said we would get a £40 pound delivery charge refund for there error. so I took the tank and was told cabinet will be delivered. Inspecting the tank there was a big scratch down the front on the tank. So emailed them to let them know. Also aqua one has changed the lighting system to what's on display and advertised on there website. I asked for a whole tank replacement and the light that was on display. Requested a Saturday delivery. Saturday comes deiver turns up. Has no clue he is replacing a tank just he's delivering a tank and cabinet. Also has no clue to this £40 pound refund we was promised. After the delivery checked everything over all is fine. Emailed joe about this refund to no response. I've used lincs aquatics for many years for fish and fish products. But after the half delivery turning up a scratched tank. no refund on the delivery charge even though his email states it will be refunded. To no response on the emails about it. I'll be using another aquatics store.”
