A really easy test kit to check the levels of Iodine in an aquarium, after taking advice from Austin in store to to a triton test on my reefer350. The results came back and everything was inline bar the iodine which was at 17 and should range between 30-90 according to Triton. The only issue I had was that when then contacting Red Sea to find out how much iodine I should add they were not really able to help as did not understand what a triton test was which I find strange and more likely that they did not want to help as had not used a Red sea product to test. However Austin then recommended the red sea iodine product and I purchased this test kit at the same time. My iodine level now sits at 0.06 which is exactly where Red Sea say it should sit and I done this by using the Red Sea doser to does 0.2ml 5 days a week. Please note you need hardly any of the red sea iodine product going in as it is highly concentrated. The Red Sea test kit it self is super easy to use and supplied with clear instructions. I would highly recommend this test kit and it should be used before doing iodine which can be deadly to our corals and fish if to much is added.
