The ice clearance ICEFRE THERMO 330 holds reliably ponds to minus 20 degrees Celsius ice-free. The integrated frost guard feature activates the device only with frost danger and saves money. It is also suitable for heavy frost for flat ponds. Deeper water layers do not cool. The operation is noiseless and keeps the winter rest of the pond residents upright. The shapely float body is made of durable polystyrene. The power consumption is 330 watts. The cable length is 10 m.

“This is the second OASE 330 Ice Preventer we have purchased over the years. The first was permanently installed for a number of years, although we did switch it off in spring time until early winter. It is ideal if you are away from home during the winter months for any length of time (unlikely in these current times) or if you are unable to give your pond regular attention, as it will 'look after' your pond while you're away, clicking on if the temperature gets near 0C, and then when the temperature rises again, clicking off. So it only uses power when the pond needs it. It will create a good area of open water around the heater, more than enough for gaseous exchange to take place, allowing your fish and wildlife to breathe. Strongly recommended. Well packaged and swift service from Lincs Aquatics!”
