“Didn’t realise it would be delivered flat packed but still had to pay a hefty delivery fee. Assembly was awkward as the instructions were unclear definitely not customer friendly. To top it off the holes on the front central board were too big for the screws provided so now it’s loose and only attached by the bottom set of screws. The end result was a pain to build, not worth the effort and I’d warn anyone against buying it.”

Thank you for taking your time to leave some honest feedback regarding the Roma 200 cabinet. In regards to the hefty delivery fee stated, you opted for a two-hour timed delivery slot, this is charged at an extra rate of £20. You could have opted for the free delivery option, as we provide free standard delivery on all orders over £50, this is something that is stated in the checkout process. Regarding the product, all our cabinets come as standard as flat-packed furniture, this is standard practice when buying furniture online. We have taken note of this, and over the next few weeks/months, we will be adding this clearly to all items that need to be assembled to help stop any confusion. So thank you for bringing this to our attention. In regards to the product manual, we would like to agree with you on this! Having built several aquarium cabinets for display, there are a few steps that could be done sooner to make the process easier to build. We are looking at ways we can add this to our website, maybe a how-to video on putting the cabinets together, but adding this to our website will take time with the number of aquarium cabinets we have on offer.
