“I ordered a Wusthof Classic 8" cook knife. I appreciate that the knife was delivered and arrived promptly.
Unfortunately, the knife was not as sharp as I expected. In fact, it was much blunt than my Zwilling Professional S. And it became worse after 2 days of use that I can't help to sharpen it.... I was really disappointed for a knife at this price...
Is it a really old stock that got blunt during the process of storage? Is it because of the poor QC from Wusthof? Is it even a fake Wusthof? I don't know...All I know is I cannot return the product for refund as one of the refund conditions is that the product must be "unopened and unused". But if you don't open and try it, how do you know it is faulty?”
