“This is my second 18cm classic cook knife from Wusthof. It’s a superb knife which is lovely to hold giving great control when used. My only criticism was that my last one wore out in the dishwasher as the rivets holding the blade in slowly degraded leaving the blade wobbly. The blade remained in superb visitation though. It had lasted me years though so I I still thought worth investigating in another replacement. It’s my favourite go to knife in the kitchen. I wish I could afford the whole wusthof set, but alas must settle with the one. Id be lost without it.”
