“2 knives are amazing but hollow edge (20cm) went blunt in space of 2 weeks . Apparently I can’t even return it because it’s been opened and not in original packaging . Very disappointing considering I always hand wash all my knives and only use wood chopping board . I’m more disappointed that the company does not accept returns if opened and used . I bought them over a month ago but the only reason I’m writing the reviews now is because I got email to review them and I’m only sharing my honest review. I’m a chef and these are my supposed to be main tools …. Well known brand but I guess I got 1 knife badly made and I’m stuck with it now . I must mention that the other 2 I got delivered same time are amazing and i absolutely love them .”
