“The knives are up to the usual excellent Victorinox standard. The peeler is extremely sharp (good) but I found the blade slightly more flexible than I would like and which tended to 'dig into' the veg a bit and then get stuck. Maybe I can adapt my technique to suit it better. Otherwise, I can't fault the set, which is good value.”
