Great service, packaging was ok (soft bag), but no complaint. They had a glitch sending the knife and they had no direct phone number. I was quite stressed, but they eventually answered my email and swiftly rectified the issue. So although it arrived late, they did manage to prove their authenticity and, attentiveness to their mistakes. They seem like a nice company, I recommend them.

A brilliant well made choice for my first Swiss Army Knife! It has all the things I want and none of the things I don't want. The quality is amazing and its reassuring weight only adds to this. It is one of the thicker Victorinox models, but is still comfortable to hold, which is helped by my large hands. I was originally going to go for the Camper for whittling and camping use, but decided I wanted the file as well. I heard that Victorinox scissors are amazing so I decided that is something I also wanted. I also thought the small pliers would be a good addition. I am very happy!

This is the most useful Swiss Army Knife, containing all the main tools while remaining a decent size and weight.

A great pocket knife. Just what I needed for my job. Easy to use and to the usual victorinox standard. Excellent.
