“I really wanted to love this pan, but it’s been a frustrating experience. The surface isn’t level, so when it heats up, oil pools to the sides and leaves the centre dry, which causes uneven cooking and smoking. Mine got burned in the centre because of that on the first use.”
“A bit dissapointed. The skillet is clearly well made and robust but the surface of the skillet is very rough and makes cleaning a challenge even before going through the process of 'seasoning' it again. I will certainly continue to use it but I expect I will need to invest in something toughter than a sponge to clean it after use.”
“I emailed to say the box was wet and broken and it was for a Christmas present and please could they send a new one but I have not had any acknowledgement to my email.
I am disappointed .”
