We were quickly offered a refund or a replacement. We went for a refund which was promptly received.”
“Lasted about 2 - 3 weeks before the non-stick failed. Don't waste your money. I maintained and kept clean in accordance with instructions, but now everything sicks to it despite cleaning and not overheating. Very poor.”
“Came quickly although package tracking is incorrect. Says it is not sent when it has been. Very slippery surface inside and out but more slippery and non stick on inside. Easy to clean and the wood is nice feeling to the touch although it feels slightly plastic. Still works like a wooden handle and heat does not conduct throughout it.”
