“Much lighter than one I had before and non stick even when browning meat and vegetables on a high heat. So good I have bought a small casserole already.”
“This pot is cast iron, but is definitely not non stick, it has a rough surface which makes the lid particularly difficult to clean. I continue to try and season the inner surface but since every time I use it food sticks and burns it’s very difficult to achieve.”
