“I bought one of the larger of these pans a year ago as it was great to make tart tartin, as it can go from hob to oven. Due to seasoning it is effectivley non stick, so i use it for nearly everything! I decided to buy the smaller one for a friend , and they are liking it too. a good cast iron pan at a good price. I recomend. Note due to thew casting the outside is a little rough and the pan is heavy.”
