“The product is exactly as pictured and was delivered on time. One of the parts arrived damaged and it was quickly replaced. As far as the cooling, the product could be better, I use it in a 24m2 room and it never reaches the temperature set. It only manages to bring the temperature down about 5-6 degrees which is still helpful as the room can get up to 34 degrees according to the unit. I expected more effective cooling from 12000btu as it is recommended for rooms bigger than mine. The noise is also bearable.”
