“Only because I ordered one set of Kochkochin knives and it was late in coming and I didn't think that was coming at all I got in touch with you and asked if I placed the order correctly and I didn't get a response soi placed the order for the second time and not only received one order for the Kochkochin wooden handle knives set but I've received 3sets and now I'm struggling to send them back as I been sent a label attached for to download and I haven't got a printer so you sent me the labels for the return and to do it by barcode to send back via the post office and I'm house bound and can't get out and after rely on carers to do my shopping and other things for me so now I'm struggling to send you the 2extra order's back .and I can't receive my refund until you get these back and has I only placed an order for 1set of Kochkochin knives I feel that I'm being penalised for the other two orders that I didn't place as you said I did I made sure that I only placed the 1order for the Kochkochin wooden handle knives set and not 4like you said .so I'm not very happy about this order it has made me feel like I don't know what I'm doing . So now I would like my refund for the 2 Kochkochin wooden handle knives sets that I've been sent by mistake on your part and not mine .Mrs Christine Nelson”
