“We were told our tank had left your depot but then silence. We were given no means of tracking it and received no update on its progress. Our delivery address was a field not home address so time of delivery was essential.
On two successive days I asked Marina Kelly West your customer helper to trace the item and she took great trouble to find the answers. Well done Marina. Can you sharpen up this side of your excellent system we have used before. Best wishes
