“I was looking for a large storage unit to harvest rainwater for the garden now that our mains water is metered and keeping the garden watered this summer was quite costly. Using a reconditioned black IBC on a steel pallet proved to be the cheapest option by far. The tank was ordered on Sunday and arrived on Tuesday, so quick delivery. It looks to be in good condition, pallet, cage, and container. Although the test of course will be once it is full. The valve at the base has been replaced or never been used as it still had its foil sealer in place. I could just about manhandle it myself using a sack trolley to get it in position behind the garage. I used 12 concrete blocks to raise it 300mm and I've also put an IBC tank cover on it for extra protection.”
